rapidscorer.co is operated by RapidScorer(“RapidScorer”, “we”, “us”). We sell curriculum-aligned study material: printed books shipped within India and digital video lectures accessed online.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to purchase.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping of ₹60 applies to physical orders with a subtotal of ₹500 or below; shipping is free above ₹500. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.
• The final amount payable is calculated and confirmed by our server at checkout. Payment is collected through HDFC Bank SmartGateway / PayU.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order arising from an obvious error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Purchase of a digital lecture or e-book grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload the content. Access is tied to your account.

• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site's security or payment flow.
• Do not share account access or download/redistribute paid content.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

All books, video lectures, text, graphics, and the RapidScorer name and logo are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited licence described above.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Order cancellations, refunds, and delivery are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, which form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
