Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically. Access is granted to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed — there is no shipping charge and nothing is physically posted. You can view purchased content any time by logging in and opening your library.

• A flat shipping charge of ₹60 applies to physical orders with a subtotal of ₹500 or below.
• Shipping is free for physical orders above ₹500.
• The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Orders are dispatched from Mumbai, typically within 24 hours (1 business day) of payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location within India.
• Delivery times may be longer for remote PIN codes or during holidays, courier delays, or events outside our control.

• We currently ship to serviceable addresses across India. We do not ship internationally.
• Where available, tracking details are shared by email once your order is dispatched.
• Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are complete and correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a re-shipping charge may apply). If your book arrives damaged, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
