We collect the following, only as needed to run the service:

• Account details: your name, email address, and phone number when you register.
• Order and shipping details: billing name, delivery address, and PIN code for physical book orders.
• Payment information: processed entirely by our payment gateway partners (HDFC Bank SmartGateway and PayU). We never see or store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, lectures accessed, and basic device/log information used to keep the service secure and working.

• To create and manage your account and grant access to purchased books and lectures.
• To process orders, take payment, and deliver physical and digital products.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and payment receipts.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

All payments are handled on the secure infrastructure of our gateway partners over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered on the gateway’s PCI-DSS compliant systems, not on ours. We receive only the transaction result (success/failure), a gateway reference ID, and the amount charged, which we use to fulfil your order and for reconciliation.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment gateways (HDFC Bank, PayU) to process transactions.
• Logistics/courier partners to deliver physical books.
• Service providers (hosting, email) that operate the platform under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to secure checkout. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal compliance. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and server-side validation — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time, by contacting us. We will respond in line with applicable Indian data protection law.
