Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled for both physical books and digital lectures.
Order cancellation
- Physical books: you may cancel before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return (see below).
- Digital lectures / e-books: an order may be cancelled only before the content has been accessed or downloaded. Once access has been granted, it is treated as consumed and cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, email us with your order ID as early as possible.
Returns for physical books
If a printed book arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- Approved returns must be sent back unused and in original condition.
- On receipt and inspection, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
- We do not accept returns for books that are used, marked, or damaged after delivery, except where the defect is ours.
Digital content refunds
Because digital lectures and e-books are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable once accessed. We will, however, issue a refund where:
- You were charged but access was not granted due to a technical fault on our side; or
- The content is materially defective or inaccessible and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was debited but no order was created, the excess or full amount is refunded automatically after gateway reconciliation, or on request. Contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it.
How refunds are issued
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through HDFC Bank SmartGateway / PayU.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days of approval; the amount usually reflects in your account within 5–7 business days thereafter, depending on your bank.
- Any shipping charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
